New Build Electrical Rough-In at Glen Iris, Jandakot
Full electrical rough-in currently underway for a new home in the Glen Iris estate, Jandakot — cabling through the timber roof framing, wall chases and power point positioning, working in with the builder's program.

The problem
This new home in the Glen Iris estate in Jandakot needed a licensed electrician for the complete electrical scope of the build, starting with the rough-in stage — running cabling through the exposed timber framing and double-brick walls before the roof and plasterboard go on, and coordinating each stage with the builder.
Work completed
- Electrical rough-in through the timber roof framing and ceiling joists
- Cable runs pulled and positioned for lighting, power and appliances throughout the home
- Wall chases cut and cables run to power point and switch positions in the brickwork
- Lighting and power layouts set out to the owners' plan
- Ongoing site coordination with the builder across the construction program
The outcome
This project is currently underway — the rough-in stage is progressing and fit-off will follow as the build continues. All work is backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty. We'll update this page with fit-off photos once the home is complete.
