Charging a Tesla, BYD or Kia EV from a standard power point takes most of a day. A properly installed 7kW wallbox will fill the same battery overnight, and a three-phase 22kW unit faster again.
The install is more than mounting a box on a garage wall: we check your consumer mains capacity, add a dedicated RCD-protected circuit, and where needed fit load management so the charger backs off when the oven and aircon are running.

What it costs

Do I need a switchboard upgrade for an EV charger?
Often yes for older boards in Spearwood, Coogee or Bibra Lake. Newer homes in Treeby, Wandi and Piara Waters usually have room already.
Can the charger use my solar?
Yes, with a compatible charger and a CT clamp we can set it to charge only from excess solar export.
Single phase or three phase?
Single-phase 7kW suits almost every household. Three phase is worth it if you have two EVs or very short charging windows.
