We handle the electrical side properly — a dedicated RCD-protected circuit sized to the unit, an isolator at the condenser, and a switchboard check before we start — along with tidy pipework and bracket work.

What it costs

Quoted per unit based on capacity, pipe run length and mounting height. Long runs and upper-storey installs add cost. Electrical work is included in the quote.

Licensing & compliance

Electrical connection to AS/NZS 3000 with a dedicated circuit and isolating switch. Refrigerant work is carried out by appropriately ticketed installers.

What size unit do I need?

As a rough guide, 2.5kW for a bedroom, 5–6kW for an open living area, more for west-facing rooms with big glass. We'll size it on site.

Can the outdoor unit go anywhere?

It needs airflow clearance and should avoid full western sun and bedroom windows. We'll suggest the best spot.

Do you install units I've bought myself?

Yes, provided it's a reputable brand with available parts and warranty support in WA.
