The owners of this new canal-front home in Mandurah needed a licensed electrician to handle the full electrical scope of their new build — from rough-in through the exposed timber framing to final fit-off — working in with the builder's program so each stage was ready on time.
Work completed
- Full electrical rough-in through the timber roof framing and brickwork
- Cable runs pulled and positioned for lighting, power and appliances throughout the home
- New switchboard with safety switch (RCD) protection on all circuits
- Power points, lighting points and switching laid out to the owners' plan
- Smoke alarm installation to current compliance requirements
- Ongoing site coordination with the builder across the construction program
